Pumping Queen® was designed to promote healthy lactation, increase milk production, and enrich breast milk with a special blend of organic herbs. Recommended Intake: 2 Bulb Squeezes (1.23mL) 1-2 times per day directly under your tongue or mixed in a beverage.
What is a Bulb Squeeze? A bulb squeeze is the amount of liquid that fills the glass dropper tube with 1 squeeze. The liquid will only fill the tube a portion of the way, not fully. This portion is considered 1 bulb squeeze (0.61mL). 2 bulb squeezes will therefore yield the recommended intake of 1.23mL.
Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant or have an allergy to asparagus. Please consult with your health care provider if you are diabetic or have hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism before use. Keep away from children.

This tastes good and is easy to take. I've added this to my daily routine while trying to increase milk supply. Along with other measures this has helped me increase my daily output.
I have been taking Pumping Queen as directed for about 12 days. It tastes good, I do not need to add it in a drink but I have not noticed an increase or change in my supply. Granted, I already pump a total of 9-10 oz but I was hoping to produce fattier milk. I will continue with this supplement until the bottle is empty and provide an update.
I'm still getting use to the product. It seems to be helping me at least be a little more consistent in my sessions. Still figuring things out, so I'll do another review when I'm sure I know what's going on
Producing a little bit more but the milk is thicker and my mood is more upbeat and positive.
