I was skeptical about purchasing these brownies, as I know things have a weird taste but let me tell you - THESE BROWNIES TASTE HOMEMADE!! They’re delicious!!
Good product! You may not see immediate or significant results, but I think it will vary for each woman. These worked for me! I had a dip in my milk supply recently and I thought I'd give these a try. Combined with the emergency brownies, I've definitely seen an increase of an ounce or two while pumping. However, I can only take two daily (one in the morning and one at night) instead of the recommended four. I felt pretty unwell while taking four (shaky, irritable, dizzy) and realized that it does say it can affect blood sugar, so I would suggest taking with caution. No unusual changes or side effects for my nursing baby either as of week two of taking these, which is what all mothers hope for!
The oatmeal cookies are the best. I finished one box in less than three whole days so good super addictive aside from Good my milk production went up a lot.
Love the flavors of the hydration packets and the cookies are all delicious!!! Will be buying again

The peanut butter chocolate cookies are good, but a little dry. Taste is overall good. Definitely a good choice tho if I need a day or two break from eating the brownies since I am not used to eating this many sweet treats. However, supply between the cookies, the brownies, and the beverage has show tremendous improvements in milk supply and I see results with 24 hours, generally less.
Definitely loved the drink sampler. It was a good way to maintain hydration while improving my milk production. I do wish larger boxes were sold with variety pack instead of one flavor per each box.
Almost lost my milk supply until I tried this. I thought I’d have to put my baby on formula cause I wasn’t producing enough for her
I absolutely love these delicious brownies! I even ate them while nursing my first daughter. They’re a fantastic treat that also helps boost my milk supply!
These are super delicious and my absolute favorite 😍. I am on breastfeeding journey #6 and I always have these on hand. They increase my supply and are delicious, it's a win win.
Really love the brownies. I used them with my first breastfeeding journey and they really helped. So far with my second I seem to be an under supplier. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but going from pumping a little over 2oz on average is enough for me to keep buying
Absolutely delicious! If i drank consistently my supply increased. Definitely helps with drinking plain water all the time.
My milk supply has improved slightly however i found the products incredibly sweet.

I absolutely love these! I am about to start my 6th breastfeeding journey and I come back every time! They are chewy and fudge and amazingly delicious. They have helped my supply increase and without then I dont know that I would be able to say ive had 5 successful journeys already. Highly recommend 👌
They taste good, but I haven't noticed much change in my production. Ive been eating them for almost week. But I havent noticed much of a change. I get maybe 2-3 oz out when I pump. And I was getting that even prior to getting the brownies. Im staying hydrated. Maybe its just my body im unsure....

I bought these in 2019 with my first child and I’m back purchasing them again in 2026! I recommend these to every breastfeeding mama I meet! 10/10! If your supply in low , don’t hesitate or keep shopping around. Just get it lol
Love these, so delicious with really cold milk. I look forward to everyday. I do feel like my milk supply has improved when direct breast feeding but my pumping isn’t as good for some reason I have no clue why. They are worth a try!
I have one each morning while nursing my baby. Really great with a glass of milk or coffee. 😊

I eat one every morning around 4am when I’m pumping to replace the bottle my husband gives the baby and I always wake up to full **** for my baby’s 7/8am nursing session. Milk is white and fatty. It’s my little treat for waking up to pump for my little one and makes those super early mornings with the pump more enjoyable 💕 thank you!!
