Lactation LeMOOnade® was designed to promote healthy lactation, increase milk production, and enrich breast milk with a special blend of organic herbs: Goat's Rue Extract which is a powerful herb that works directly with mammary tissue to stimulate the production and flow of breastmilk; Fennel Seed has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies; and Blessed Thistle is a powerful, hormone-balancing herb used to enrich milk and increase milk flow.
Each packet comes with 2 servings of milk-makin' goodness instead of one!
Recommended Intake: 1/2 pack (18g) per day. Simply mix half of a packet into a 8oz-12oz glass of water and enjoy!
Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant. Do not use if you are allergic to the Compositea or Asteraceae family (daisies, artichokes, kiwi, ragweed), or anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Consult your physician if you are diabetic or have hypoglycemia before use. Keep away from children.

You can taste the natural ingredients in this, which takes a second to get used to but I mix mine with lemon water flavoring to make it take closer to lemonade. Helped with milk production a ton. Will be buying more
Definitely not a bad taste! And can see improvements with my supply’
I ordered a few different things and use all of them from the cookies, brownies, and drinks. The lactation lemoonade seems to work well. It isn't the greatest tasting thing in the world but not horrible either. All in all it has helped me boost my supply and that is all that matters. I went from pumping 3 oz a session to 5 oz a session. I am grateful for this.
I mixed these with my Body Armor drinks and they tasted AMAZING. After a week of one lemonade and one emergency brownie a day, my milk supply nearly TRIPLED. I love Milky Mama!
The taste is not bad and it helps me a lot with my milk supply. After drinking it , my breast begins to engorge. I also ordered the cookie.
