Description

Lactation LeMOOnade® was designed to promote healthy lactation, increase milk production, and enrich breast milk with a special blend of organic herbs: Goat's Rue Extract which is a powerful herb that works directly with mammary tissue to stimulate the production and flow of breastmilk; Fennel Seed has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies; and Blessed Thistle is a powerful, hormone-balancing herb used to enrich milk and increase milk flow. 

Each packet comes with 2 servings of milk-makin' goodness instead of one!

Recommended Intake: 1/2 pack (18g) per day. Simply mix half of a packet into a 8oz-12oz glass of water and enjoy!

Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant. Do not use if you are allergic to the Compositea or Asteraceae family (daisies, artichokes, kiwi, ragweed), or anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Consult your physician if you are diabetic or have hypoglycemia before use. First time customer

I am a mom and SAHM of 7 children. So for me the cost is a bit much for 7 packets, I purchased 14 packets for $40. Which is a little discouraging when I want to purchase more often to help with my milk production.
While using these lactation packets (taste great btw) with the emergency brownies and pumping queen I have seen results but I've seen the most results when I mix the lemonade with coconut water (32 oz) instead of regular water.(you still need to drink water, just adding coconut water for extra hydration and electrolytes)

Works great- bitter taste

I had the melon and loved it but it was out of stock so I ordered the lemonade- wow! It works great as advertised but the taste is so so so bitter and not appealing I find myself drinking it in fast swigs to minimize the awful taste.

Works fast- bad taste

I drink this daily as directed- half a pack morning and half evening. Definitely helps my supply replenish after being emptied. The taste is yuck. But worth it for more milk.
