Lady Leche® is designed to promote healthy lactation, increase milk production, and enrich breast milk with a special blend of organic herbs. Black Seed is a nutrient packed seed believed to stimulate prolactin release, increase breast refill rate, increase milk production, and promote the growth of mammary tissue; Stinging Nettle Leaf is a powerful leaf believed to support lactation by providing essential nutrients and supports thyroid function; Milk Thistle helps increase milk production, stimulates mammary growth, and supports thyroid function; and Fennel Seed has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate the letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies.

Recommended Intake: 2 Bulb Squeezes (1.23mL) 1-2 times per day directly under your tongue or mixed in a beverage. 

What is a Bulb Squeeze? A bulb squeeze is the amount of liquid that fills the glass dropper tube with 1 squeeze. The liquid will only fill the tube a portion of the way, not fully. This portion is considered 1 bulb squeeze (0.61mL). 2 bulb squeezes will therefore yield the recommended intake of 1.23mL.

Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant, or have an allergy to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family or Compositea/Asteracaea family (daisies, artichokes, kiwi, ragweed). Please consult with your health care provider if you have hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism before use as this can stimulate thyroid function. Keep away from children.

Creamier milk

I had a lot going on when I ordered this, so I do believe I had a lot of unconscious stress.
My stress level has gone down so I don’t know if it’s that or this product that is helping. Likely a bit of both.
I am typically getting between 1-2 ounces more per pump session, but the big thing I am noticing is that my milk is far more creamy. I have reordered and will be interested to see what this does for me over a longer duration of time.

Amazing!

I am using a few milky mama supplements together and am getting 4-9.5 oz/pump session! Lady leche, pumping queen, melon lemonade/pumping punch, and emergency brownies! I can feed my big ol boy formula free and have a great stash already! He is 3 months old now eating 3oz every couple hours and I have almost 450 oz in the deep freeze. My first two I was only getting 1-2 oz per pump. Correct flange size, pump lubricant, proper hydration, milky mama, and a strict pump schedule and I’m so happy to say third time around- I’m finally rocking it! Mamas- nothing wrong with formula feeding at all- my 3 boys just spit up sooo much and get bad diaper rash no matter which formula we tried. My first 2, we ended up getting on cow milk very early. So I am delighted the success I’m having now I’m using milky mama products and understand flange sizes!!!

It works

I'm a mama of 3 kids and love to nurse all of 3, but I am a very low under supplier. I try everything till I give milky mama a try. Even do it took 2 wks to get to me lady Leche work for me my supply not just Doble it triple. I'm have thyroide achimoto and pcos and it works. I love it and I will be ordering again.
