EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party you name, receive the goods.

Important exceptions

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (and, for UK consumers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which includes our freshly baked lactation treats.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery, which includes our supplements, drink mixes, and other consumable products.

For these items, all sales are final once the product has shipped or once the seal has been broken.

What can be withdrawn

Unopened, non-perishable products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 14-day period.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, by email to customerservice@milky-mama.com or through our contact page, before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

Returns and refunds

If your item is eligible, please return it to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the payment we received from you, excluding any supplementary delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back, or after you supply evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
