Milky Mama Latch & Flow Challenge Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING BEYOND THE BONUS ENTRIES DESCRIBED BELOW, WHICH ARE EQUALLY AVAILABLE WITHOUT PURCHASE.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Milky Mama LLC ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or Shopify.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway Period. Begins August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends August 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Giveaway Period").

4. How to Enter. Join the Latch & Flow Challenge by submitting the sign-up form at milky-mama.com/pages/latch-flow-challenge during the Giveaway Period (1 entry). Earn bonus entries at no cost: complete a weekly challenge check-in form (2 entries each, up to 4 check-ins), submit a story through the Stories That Feed Us form (3 entries), or tag a friend on the designated giveaway post on Instagram (1 entry). Customers who place an order at milky-mama.com during the Giveaway Period receive 2 bonus entries; to receive the same 2 bonus entries without a purchase, mail a postcard with your name and email address to: Milky Mama LLC, 10722 Arrow Route, Suite 104, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730, postmarked by August 30, 2026. Limit one postcard entry per person. All entry methods are of equal value.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Breastfeeding Month Bundle, including Milky Mama products, course enrollment, and partner items. Approximate retail value: $400+. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions except by Sponsor. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Notification. One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 31, 2026, and notified by email. The winner may be announced by first name on Sponsor's social channels. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry obtained through fraudulent or automated means. By entering, you agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information is used to administer the giveaway and, where you have opted in, for marketing communications.
