Shipping charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected.
Free economy shipping may be offered for purchases of $75 or more, less tax and promotions, or in promotions to domestic destinations. International destinations are not eligible for free shipping offers. All delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days. Depending on the time of order, the day of shipment may not be included in the calculated time-in-transit.
It is very important to make sure that you have entered in the correct shipping address when placing your order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to re-ship orders free of charge due to incorrect address entered by customer. We want our customers to get their products ASAP, and orders are processed every 24 hours so, depending on when your order was placed, it could be on its way immediately. If you have entered an incorrect address, please call and email us immediately. If we can catch it before it ships, we will gladly make the correction.
In the unlikely event that your package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, we offer you two convenient options. You can choose to have the package reshipped to you by covering the applicable shipping charges, or you may opt for a product refund, with the amount refunded minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

Milky Mama ships Worldwide and APO/FPO addresses. Customs/Duties may apply.
Milky Mama retains the right to refuse or cancel an order due to stock-outs, incorrect pricing, or for any other reason. If your PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Milky Mama will issue a credit to your PayPal account for the amount of the purchase.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an [b]initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all monthly recurring charges prior to cancellation[/b], including where applicable any charges processed by Milky Mama after the expiration date of your payment card.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
Your subscription will be [b]automatically renewed for successive monthly periods[/b] and your payment method will [b]automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel[/b] your Subscription renewal.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
To cancel your Monthly Subscription [b]at any time, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at customerservice@milky-mama.com and we will do it for you, or (iii) call 877-88MILKY and one of our associates can help you cancel.[/b] If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term.
AUTOSHIP PROGRAM:
By agreeing to participate in the Autoship Program to replenish your Milky Mama products, you agree and acknowledge that your participation in the program has an [b]initial and recurring payment charge at the frequency chosen when you signed up in the amount of the then-current retail price of your selected product displayed on the Site or the App and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation[/b], including where applicable any charges processed by Milky Mama after the expiration date of your payment card.
AUTOMATIC DELIVERY TERMS:
The product you selected for auto replenishment will be [b]automatically sent to you at the frequency selected by you (e.g. every week)[/b] and your payment method will [b]automatically be charged weekly, biweekly, or monthly (based on the interval you selected) in the amount of the then-current retail price for the product on the Site and the App at or after 12:00am ET until you cancel your Automatic Delivery option.[/b]
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AUTOSHIP PROGRAM:

Automatic order confirmation emails are sent to customers who place orders on our website. In addition, new customers are also sent a welcoming email that contains an initial password and username that can be used to access personal information collected during order placement, and to view order history as well as tracking information. We use Paypal when processing credit card orders online. We also accept credit card orders by phone. All credit card processing is performed through Paypal, a safe, secure and PCI compliant payment gateway. Shipping is completed from our Brick and Mortar location in Riverside, CA.
