Increase in milk! I purchased this one and the lady leche and been taking it together since 1 has the bemefit of balance hormones. I have had an increase jn milk. These products have honestly saved me after having mastitis and giving my baby formula majority of his feelings. I purchased 2 these liquids along with emergency brownies and I can now say I am exclusively breastfeeding along with being able to pump once or twice a day to freeze.

Love the emergency brownies. I definitely noticed a difference bin increase. I love brownies so this is definitely a win win. I do snack on these more often than I should actually, but I can't complain since my milk has doubled!

They taste so good I’m actually excited to eat them and can’t wait till I can eat them again lol. Not sure how much they’ve helped my supply but I haven’t had less than 4oz/pump session since starting these!

I absolutely LOVE these brownies! I saw increase within the day and now have enough to even freeze regularly. They also taste great, definitely a good fresh snack…I always look forward to a corner piece :D

OMG!!! i did not believe these worked. i pumped for the first time in weeks after eating the brownies and wow!!! pumped over 5 ounces on each side. will be purchasing again.

This is my second pregnancy and I used them during my first. These have really worked for me during both pregnancies. Some people have said it doesn’t work for them but remember that you have to pair these with pumping. Also, remember that every body is different and it might not work for you. All that is to say that these have been amazing for me personally

I've had the emergency brownies before a couple years ago. Somehow these got better! I love how it's smaller.

I like the flavor and I use it at night time because of the Ashwaghanda. After taking it my morning pumps have more milk.

Definitely buy these brownies! I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first but not only do these brownies have a great flavor to them, I have already noticed a slight increase in my milk production And I have only been eating them once daily for about a week now!
