I was hoping this would be more of a sampler to try the different products. It contains 6 lemonades, 6 oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, 6 brownies, and the 12 emergency brownies + the tincture you choose. For the first 3 days I had one cookie and a lemonade, and tincture twice a day. I noticed a slight difference. Then I decided to do a cookie and a brownie and the lemonade and tincture twice a day -- a bigger difference!! Now I am doing one emergency brownie per day and the tincture twice a day and nothing else. I was trying to replace two ounces of formula that I was supplementing with for my baby. I didn't want to do any crazy triple feeding routine. Now, one week later, I make so much milk that my baby can't drink it all, so I am going to take a break on these and save them for when I need them; will definitely reorder whenever my menstrual cycle starts again too, I suspect. Thank you milky mama!!!!

I am very pleased with what I purchased. The brownies and very moist and yummy, the cookies are delicious and the drops are very yummy and easy to take

The emergency brownies are WHERE IT IS AT. They are delicious and definitely helped me with milk production! I didn’t care for the lemonade and while the cookies taste fine, they don’t seem to help my production as much as the emergency brownies do. Save yourself some time and just get those!

The products themselves are definitely making my supply go up, I haven’t become an overproducer like I would like just yet but it’s only been about a week. I would say that the brownies and lemonade have a funky aftertaste but I don’t think they’re horrible definitely manageable. I haven’t yet tried the oatmeal cookies yet, but the liquid drops I feel like taste the best and are the most affective.

It's easy to get sucked into believing that this is the be all end all miracle worker and you're going to suddenly go from only pumping 5oz total to getting that from each side. And if that's what happens for you that's great! I have only seen a slight increase in supply (maybe like 1.5oz total increase) however my milk is much richer than it was before. It looked like skim milk before and now there is a noticeable fat content and my baby seems more satisfied after a feed and is going longer between feeds, and that has helped us get better sleep at night. So overall I am happy with this product, I do recommend it and I will be purchasing more.
