Pumpin' Punch® was designed to promote healthy lactation, increase milk production, and enrich breast milk with a special blend of organic herbs: Goat's Rue Extract is a powerful herb that works directly with mammary tissue to stimulate the production and flow of breastmilk; Fennel Seed has been known to increase milk production and flow, stimulate letdown reflex, enrich milk, stimulate mammary tissue growth, and helps ease gas/colic in babies; and Blessed Thistle is a powerful, hormone-balancing herb used to enrich milk and increase milk flow. 

Each packet comes with 2 servings of milk-makin' goodness instead of one!

Recommended Intake: 1/2 pack (18g) per day. Simply mix half of a packet into a 8oz-12oz glass of water and enjoy!

Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant. Do not use if you are allergic to the Compositea or Asteraceae family (daisies, artichokes, kiwi, ragweed), or anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Consult your physician if you are diabetic or have hypoglycemia before use. A great supplement drink

Since Ive order the sample pack and tried everything this is one of my favorite drinks also help increase my milk supply including the emergency brownies and not to mention the oatmeal cookies are my favorite

Not sure if it helped

Although this drink mix was easy to prepare and surprisingly tasty, Im not sure if it made a difference in my supply. I have been stressed out because of how low my supply is and how badly my baby wants boob over the formula, so I tried this drink along with other products. I had better luck with the cookies then this drink. I wont order again since I didnt see a huge difference but maybe it was overkill with the cookies I had purchased.

Delicious & Effective

This Punch one and the Watermelon one are sooooo good. Id drink multiple packets a day if I could! Keeps my supply high and quenches my thirst which seems to be never ending as my son cluster feeds quite often the last few weeks and water alone just wasnt cutting it for me. Great hydration, taste, & does what it claims to do. Love it and this company!

Staple in my pantry!

This is a staple in my pantry and I drink it all day! Ive noticed a 2-3 oz. Difference when pumping. My baby is 7 months, and if Im drinking this all day long, it reminds me of the days when the milk first comes in! Thats rare after 4 months!
