I absolutely love the emergency brownies. They have truly helped with my supply and not to mention are a nice sweet treat.
It was a really tasteful product but with not much affect to me. I saw a very small difference.
5 days of eating a brownie and i am getting an extra OZ almost every pump
I was struggling and stressed out with milk production and I bought the emergency brownies and it took me from less than an ounce of a pump to 5 ounces for my next pump.
I bought these for my niece who is a first time mom. Her baby is 3weeks old and she has been having trouble producing; only getting about 1/2 an ounce per breast. Initially she tried a different type of lactation bar which did help to increase her supply from 1/2 an ounce per breast to 3 ounces per breast but let me tell you, these emergency lactation brownies are worth ALL the hype!!! After consuming just one, within the hour her breast were full to the point of overflow!! When she pumped she got over double what she had been with the other lactation bars; 16 ounces!!! (8 ounces per breast). My niece did say the were a little too sweet for her taste but it definitely gets the job done. In my opinion, this is a must have for any mom to have in their arsenal as part of her breast feeding journey.
