Recommended Intake: 2 Bulb Squeezes (1.23mL) 1-2 times per day directly under your tongue or mixed in a beverage.
What is a Bulb Squeeze? A bulb squeeze is the amount of liquid that fills the glass dropper tube with 1 squeeze. The liquid will only fill the tube a portion of the way, not fully. This portion is considered 1 bulb squeeze (0.61mL). 2 bulb squeezes will therefore yield the recommended intake of 1.23mL.
Precautions: Avoid use if pregnant or have an allergy to asparagus. Please consult with your health care provider if you are diabetic or have hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism before use. Keep away from children.

The name says it all, it does what it says it would !
Using this with lady leche and brownies as needed and doubled my supply. Love the taste and easy to use.
Take dairy dutchess and pumping queen and my supply has increased some. Allergic to blessed and milk thistle glad these don't have it.
This product has helped my supply dramatically. I exclusively breastfeed, barely pump. As of recently I've been pumping directly after feeds and can get anywhere between 1-2oz on each side.
Also, in the MOTN after a feed get plenty. I gave my stash going for when Inreturn to work. Thank you Milky Mama.
